A nutritional consultation involves a holistic assessment of your current health status. This involves detailed questioning as part of a full body systems review, where I will analyse presenting and previous health concerns, in consideration of medical and family history, lifestyle, dietary habits, genetic predispositions and environmental factors.
This will allow me to identify the areas that are out of balance and the focus of your personalised treatment plan. Together we will formulate your wellbeing goals, which will form the basis of your customised program.
Where necessary we will discuss any medical test results and take measurements such as height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and visceral fat rating to assist in this process.
This assessment will provide you:
- Nutritional guidance via a food as medicine approach
- Nutritional supplementation where appropriate
- Lifestyle advice and support

In your program reporting consultation, your customised treatment plan is provided and discussed in detail. This is based on your initial assessment, symptoms, individual health goals and lifestyle needs and is usually scheduled within a week of your initial consultation.
Standard Follow Up
$80 | 30minutes
Extended Follow Up
$120 | 45minutes
Follow up consultations are scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your program. During this time I will monitor and review your program and make any adjustments required to keep you on track.
$40 | 15 minutes
Brief consultations are a quick check-in on your current health condition, such as to discuss test results or something that is currently of particular concern, requiring immediate attention. This can also simply be to provide continued support and motivation for those that are on track with their health goals.
